Sales Manger – Remote

We are looking for a Sales Manager  to join our team and work full time (remote).


  • 1+ years of Sales experience in an Outsource company;
  • English level — Upper-Intermediate; 
  • Understand the Software Development Life Cycle;
  • Deep understanding of IT business and customers needs;
  • Understanding of project management methodologies;
  • Experience in sales through Upwork and other channels;
  • Solid understanding of sales funnel and possible lead channels; 
  • Experience generating Sales Qualified Leads;
  • The tendency towards problem identification and objection resolution skills;
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively;
  • Strong communication skills; 
  • Ability to work in a Team.


  • Work experience with any CRM and other Sales/Marketing process automation tools; 
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
  • Technical background in IT service/product company.

  • Understand who’re our ideal clients, their needs and requirements;
  • Develop and guide relationships with prospects to create mutually beneficial opportunities;
  • Generate warm leads through emails and social media. No cold calling;
  • Research different social networks, groups, channels and other sources to identify points of interests of our target audience;
  • Identify new sales opportunities;
  • Participate actively in team meetings, generate ideas, take initiative and responsibility;
  • KPI and generate constant flow of Project to Production Department by closing more deals;
  •  Project planning and estimation with the development team
  •  Preparing business offers and commercial proposals
  •  Holding negotiations with clients
  •  Deals closure and successful transition to delivery
  •  CRM activity and rules adherence for accurate sales planning, reporting, and forecasting 
  • Achieve quarterly and annual quota and pipeline development objectives
