Requirements:
- Relevant experience in IT Project Management 1,5 years;
- Understanding of software development process;
- Strong understanding of methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban);
- Experience with pre-sales;
- Experience in managing a few projects simultaneously;
- Knowledge of People management;
- Has excellent writing and speaking skills in English.
Nice to have:
- 1+ years in BA role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the development and implementation of IT solutions;
- Work with areas: Scope management, Resource management, Quality Management, Risk management, People management, Project Planning, and Stakeholder Management;
- Project Monitoring and Reporting;
- Organization of assessment and priority of tasks;
- Communication with the customer: participate in the presale stage, presentation solutions, demo versions, and prototypes;
- Prepare the project documentation for each phase of the project life cycle;
- Compose release notes;
- Implementation of the delivery framework according to the project specifics and client needs;
- Meetings with the team: daily meetings, one-to-one.
